About Pewdeer
There was no big campaign. There was no big slogan or trend. Actually, we started with a very specific question — why is it so hard to find a T-shirt that is beautiful, easy to wear, and doesn’t degrade after a few washes?
That’s where Pewdeer came from. We make T-shirts and sweatshirts — pre-designed, pre-printed. Everything is simple and clear. Not the kind of thing where you put the products on display and then order them before you start production. No. We pre-print, pre-fold, pre-prepare. You order and we ship it right away.
Who is it for?
For people who care about what they wear, but don’t want to think too much.
Students, freelancers, weekend cafe-goers — who need a shirt that’s okay to wear to school, but doesn’t look weird when going out.
Friends, couples, small groups who want to wear the same clothes without being too “acting” — we do custom printing, as long as you don’t ask for anything too eccentric.
And anyone looking for a gift. A shirt with the right message can say a lot. Trust me.
About the business model — we don’t beat around the bush
No middlemen. No online marketplaces. No “waiting for the system to process and then send it in a few days”. You order online, we receive the order, pack it and send it. That’s it.
Choose the fabric? We choose. Print? Do it in-house. Check the goods? Real people, real work.
Actually, this way of doing things is not easy. But it helps us know exactly what each item is sending to you. And there is less risk of confusion.
What do we do?
Focus on what we know: T-shirts and sweatshirts.
No mugs, tote bags, caps or keychains. Not yet (maybe later?).
These shirts are carefully selected. Not rough, not shrinking after one wash. We choose materials that are easy to print on, feel good to wear — mostly cotton, occasionally adding fleece if it’s cold.
Designs change from batch to batch. Some designs are kept for a long time, some are just released one day, and sold out the next. So if you like something… don’t wait three weeks and then come back for it.
We print on demand. But it has to be within our capabilities. Do you need a group shirt, a light uniform, a few words printed? Send us a sample. We’ll look at it, if it’s suitable, we’ll do it. But don’t expect metallic gradients, glowing ink or 3D lion heads, because… we’re not there yet.
From plain shirts to finished products
It all starts with a simple white shirt. But we don’t choose randomly.
Choose according to the season. According to the design to be printed. According to actual needs.
We work with some big names in the industry — Bella+Canvas, Gildan Softstyle, Next Level. Not flashy, but well-made, well-printed, durable. Enough to use.
The shirts arrive, we open the boxes by hand. There are no conveyor belts or pallets pushed by forklifts. Just one person, a little low on coffee, sitting there checking the seams, pulling the fabric to see if there are any flaws. Is the collar too wide? Is the stitching off? Skip it.
Then comes the preparation stage. Flattening the shirt, adjusting the seams, checking the size again. Even the slightest misprint — it’s a total failure.
If it’s DTG (direct to garment) printing, we have to spray a pretreatment. It’s light, you can’t see it. But it helps the ink adhere better. No one likes a shirt that’s faded after just two washes.
There are some fabrics that are difficult to please. They shrink more than usual, or have a slightly odd weave. If you find out, you throw them out. Just to be safe.
The printing is done, but it’s not done yet. The ink needs to be “baked” — just the right heat, just the right amount of time. Too much and it will burn, not enough and it will peel. There is a standard, and we watch closely.
Finally, check. Is the ink even, is there any excess thread, is the fabric still wrinkled? Press again, fold neatly, and set aside.
And if at this step we still feel “wrong”? Then skip it. Even if it’s printed.
Delivery — no complicating things
Order? Go straight into the system. No third party in between.
In stock? It can be folded and labeled in a few hours. Not always that fast, but… usually.
Custom printed shirts take a little more time. Not long. Just… give us 1–2 days to process it properly.
Shipping is flexible — USPS, UPS, FedEx, depending on location. Tracking will be sent via email. If you don’t see it, remember to check your spam box. Seriously, these emails get lost all the time.
Usually 4–6 days. If it’s later, it could be the weather. Or the driver that day was… a little grumpy.
Need anything else? Just ask
We have a support team. Not a big one, but they work hard.
Text, email, order notes — we read them. Someone once said the tape on the box was crooked. We’ve double-checked since then. That’s it.
